Transitional Care, also known as Swing Bed, is for patients who are ready to leave acute hospital care but still require skilled nursing, wound care, or rehabilitation services before returning home.
Laboratory
Full-service diagnostic laboratory providing accurate and timely testing to support physician-directed patient care.
Radiology
Our radiology department offers digital X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Digital Mammography, and DEXA technology for precise diagnostics and patient evaluations.
Outpatient Nursing
Outpatient nursing services for patients requiring IV therapy, injections, wound care, and other treatment needs on an outpatient basis.
Rehabilitation
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to help patients recover function and independence following surgery, illness, or injury.
Respiratory Therapy
Evaluation and treatment of breathing and cardiopulmonary conditions, supporting both inpatient recovery and ongoing disease management.
